By booking a session with Song of Soul, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Nature of Services
Song of Soul offers oracle card readings for the purpose of personal reflection, insight, and spiritual exploration. All readings are intended for entertainment and personal growth purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice.
2. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result of your reading. Song of Soul and its practitioner accept no liability for outcomes arising from the use or interpretation of any information shared during a session.
3. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance through our online booking system. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Song of Soul does not offer refunds once a session has been booked and payment has been received. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at hello@songofsoul.ca at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session without prior notice, the session may be forfeited without refund. No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.
6. Conduct & Respectful Engagement
Song of Soul reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session at any time if the practitioner feels the interaction is inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Song of Soul website — including text, imagery, and branding — is the intellectual property of Song of Soul and may not be reproduced without written permission. © 2026 Song of Soul. All rights reserved.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Changes to These Terms
Song of Soul reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
